This residence was built right next to the beautiful factory near the river Triesting in the end of the 18th century. Meanwhile, the factory in the area is also used for residential purposes.

Oberwaltersdorf is an example for historic industrial style buildings, close enough to Vienna to offer a good location alternative. The Alte Spinnerei factory is located in the district of Baden in a quiet location with little traffic, but less than 500 meters from the center Oberwaltersdorf away. In Oberwaltersdorf you will find 2 supermarkets, a good range of restaurants, a pharmacy and many other shops. The center of Vienna can be reached by car in about half an hour. The Oberwaltersdorf train station is in walking distance. The Triesting River, as well as an adventure playground and a beautiful woodland area are less than 100 meters away. In addition, the EuroVelo 9 cycle path – one of the longest and most beautiful cycle paths in Europe – passes this location.
